1. Wake up with an angry face on 
  2. Roll out of bed to land standing right in front of my mirror 
  3. Stretch my arms up high and stare at my tummy appearing falsely flat in the mirror as I stretch 
  4. Stand normally in front of the mirror and pinch the fat on my stomach in as many different ways as possible 
  5. Crawl back in bed and lag for another 1-3 hours
